At Bright Therapy we are changing the landscape of therapy in Ireland and we aim to bring an energetic, modern approach to the field

We use the most modern approaches available with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques

Our team are fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapists based in Dublin.





Each team member holds a minimum of a BA degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Our team are accredited members of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) as well as the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP). Bright Therapy works with clients struggling with various types of issues including
